Timothy Arvanitis

Head Coach

Head Coach Timothy Arvanitis starts his 28th year in coaching football at various levels. Twenty Two of which he has been named head coach. Coach Arvanitis has had educational experiences from several college and pro coaches, which include, Bo Schembechler , Barry Alvarez, Jon Gruden, Lou Holtz, Brian and Chip Kelly Tommy Tuberville Urban Meyer, Frank Lenti among others.

In 2004, Coach Arvanitis was invited to head coach the United States team in the World Bowl. ESPN aired a television show named "Timeless" on Coach Arvanitis and his journey to capture the National Championship through the 2004 football season. In 2012, Coach Arvanitis was invited to coach at the All American Bowl in Houston Texas.

Coach Arvanitis has had several coaching stops to include coordinator positions at many levels of football. As a head coach, he carries a regular season record 142-12-2 (92%) and a playoff record of 47 – 18 (72%).

Coach Arvanitis has had four of his former players make it to the National Football League.  Is a licensed IHSAA Football Official. He and his lovely wife Robin have two children, Riley and Renn all of which live in Schererville Indiana.



Director of Player Personnel

Jerrail Johnson has been one of the top running backs on the GFL for the last three seasons. He is a two time GFL All Star, a three time champion and the Chicago Chaos' all time leading rusher. His regular season numbers are fantastic, however Jerrail has done his best work in the post season racking up over 900 yards and 9 TDs in 9 career post season games. Jerrail has been crucial to the team's success both as a 3 time captain on the field, and the head recruiter off the field.


Owner / Marketing Director

Mark A. Kunicki has worked in the event planning, marketing, promotions, and transportation industries for over 20 years. He is the Founder of Party Guard Chicago, I Want Football 365, Windy City Protection and is the PR Director for Donnell Woolford.

Mark specializes in developing partnerships for the Chicago Chaos NFP Minor League Football Team (Owner/Director of Marketing), who are the "Official Farm Team" of the Chicago Eagles (Director of Public Relations). In addition the Chicago Force Women's Minor League Tackle Football, Windy City Ravens (Director of Public Relations), and "Worlds Greatest Penalty Flag" Tooker Flags (Partner/Director of Distribution).

More recently Mark became the VP of Business Development for Better Merchant Rates, helping all of our partners cut overhead and increase revenues. He is also a strong advocate for "Don't drink and Drive", "Child ID Programs", "Anti Bullying" and "Animal Adoption & Rescue" programs. Marks goal is to have a positive impact on as many people as he can before leaving this World, and surrounding himself with like minded individuals.

Owner / Coach / General Manager / Statistician

Mike Melody has been with the Chaos since their opening season in 2011. He started as a Defensive Coach and Marketing Director for the team. In 2012, Mike took over as one of the teams owners, while also serving as General Manager and Head Coach. During his tenure in these positions the Chaos boast a  36-3 record, winning 3 straight championships.




Owner / Coach / Managing Partner

Rick joined the Chaos in 2012 bringing with him a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise. Rick had a playing career spanning over 17 years, at all levels. After suffering a career altering knee injury, Rick spent several years on semi-pro organizations throughout the state because of his passion for this game.
In 2012 Rick coached the offensive line and running backs for the Chaos. He helped build one of the leagues best lines and ground games. Rick's off the field contributions were essential to the team's success. Whether it was fund-raising, equipmet, or transportation Rick was always willing to do anything for this team.

The Chaos are pleased to announce that Rick Sizemore will be taking on a bigger role in 2013. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Rick will take the titles of VP and Marketing Director for the Chaos. We are extremely excited to have him on the board going forward.

Sam Oldham

Owner / Coach / Defensive Coordinator

Sam has been with the chaos since 2012. He started as a defensive end/linebacker/ for the first 3 years and 1 year as the defensive coordinator during the Chaos 4 year championship run. Sam came to the chaos after having a productive college career at all three levels of NCAA football and being hungry to win a championship at a pro-level. His passion is defense and seeing young men be successful on and off the field. Teaching fundamentals, execution, and heart are the essentials to Sam's success with the chaos.
